Job Description

• Recruiting or sourcing experience for a search firm/or in-house talent acquisition team.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing methodologies and tools.
• Experience sourcing technical talent required.
• Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants
• Knowledge of labor laws
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently. Team player and positive attitudes are a must.
• Knowledge of competitive market mapping and Talent Market research.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Management and our internal recruitment team to understand the specific sector, industry and service line requirements for open opportunities.
• Identify, attract and introduce GHT to the best and most diverse talent in the marketplace, screening and evaluating candidates as appropriate.
• Recommend ways to improve the employer brand
• Demonstrate speed and quality in attracting talent and recommend strategies to accelerate our hiring practices.
• Overlooking the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Update current and design new recruiting procedures
• Handling communication within the team and aiding in preparing schedules for recruitment activities and their execution. Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
• Effectively communicate with the internal recruiting team and management teams to determine the status and effectiveness of the recruiting channels for each open position.
• Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting.
• Leverage the social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Provide complete, accurate and inspiring employment value proposition to potential candidates about GHT and the specific role.
• Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• 10+ years of experience in Recruitment
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in full life cycle recruitment.
• Advanced knowledge of a variety of recruitment tools and technologies.
• Ability to engage and negotiate
• Ability to meet hiring requirements.
• Ability to prioritize rapidly changing demands in order to deliver results.
• Hands-on experience with recruiting and sourcing candidates.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel).
• Excellent analytical & time management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and people skills.

Day shift: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM / Working Days - Mon - Sat

Notice period: Immediate joiner / 15 days
