Job Overview

We are seeking a talented QA Automation Engineer to join our team in Pune on a full-time, hybrid basis. As a mid-level QA Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. Your responsibilities will entail designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure product quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in test automation with proficiency in creating automated test scripts (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge of Selenium for test automation (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in Java programming for test development (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with API Testing to ensure the integrity of data exchange between systems.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes for efficient and reliable software delivery.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies to work effectively in dynamic and collaborative environments.
• Strong quality assurance skills to identify and prevent defects in software products.
• Competence in scripting languages to automate various testing processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium and Java.
• Conduct API Testing to ensure the reliability and performance of APIs used by our software products.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment and testing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Execute and analyze automated tests, report defects, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure seamless integration of quality assurance processes.
• Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
