1.           Co-ordinating with various CHA/forwarders

2.           Should be well versed in e-commerce platform application usage

3.           Should have knowledge of Exports bill discounting / realizations

4.           Domestic shipments payment trackers in XL

5.           Banking experience – Co-ordination with multiple banks for resolving queries related to Exports    payments / bill discounting

6.           Should have sound knowledge of eBRC tracking / EDPMS shipping bill closures

7.           Should be able to handle Buyer’s payment documentation independently

8.           Assist the team head in his day- today’s forex and various tracker / reports activities

9.           Should be very quick to handle emails (responses) – Effective communication is a must

10.        Should be willing to work in extended timings when the work demands

11.        Quick learner and should be willing to sustain with the team for a longer term.

12.        Most importantly “dedication” at work matters
