Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Relationship Manager to join our team in Hyderabad on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships and enhance their travel experience by providing tailored travel solutions. This role demands excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer relationship management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and understand their travel needs.
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure the best deals for customers while maintaining company standards.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in the travel and tourism industry, to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Effective problem-solving skills to quickly address and resolve customer issues or concerns.
- Ability to network and develop new business opportunities by connecting with potential clients and partners.
- Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide customized travel solutions that meet their expectations.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Provide tailored travel solutions and recommendations to enhance the customer’s holiday experience.
- Negotiate travel packages and services with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the travel operations team to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Generate sales leads through effective networking and convert them into lasting customer relationships.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, products, and services to offer the best options to clients.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to travel packages and services based on customer insights.
