Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, junior-level position where you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and provide them with relevant information
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure new business opportunities
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to maintain and manage client relationships
- In-depth product knowledge to offer customers the best travel packages and services
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Effective networking skills to build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers
- Target-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and establish contact with potential clients through various sales channels
- Present and promote our travel packages and services to prospective customers
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our travel products and services to provide excellent customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials
- Attend industry events and networking activities to generate leads and develop new business opportunities
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team
