Title:

Program Manager: BEX

Purpose of the job:

Candidate guarantees the timely implementation of the Program Management System (PMS) standards, for all programs within the CBU/Division/Region, with a proactive approach to meet the KPI objectives.

Candidate contributes indirectly to the improvement of the PMS system and the organization of the PMS milestones.

Ensure PMS implementation:

• Ensure that PMS milestones together with the Program Manager and the functions, when applicable, are prepared and correctly performed

·      In agreement with the Program Director, escalade to the senior programme manager

·      Support the Program Managers & Program Director for the Program Review Committee preparation and all the necessary reporting’s

·      Support to the program manager for the next phase activity planning

·      Ensure the appropriate usage of the Program management IT system (Helios, E-step…), support end-users and core team and ensure all program KPIs are met right first time

·      Self-Skill development through learning and seeking guidance from seniors and managers

• Individual coaching when necessary- add in roles and responsibilities

Ensure reporting:

• Ensure that the reporting of all the CBU/Division/Region programs is done accurately in a timely manner
• Update the list of Programs and the monthly KPI’s, and escalate in case of deviation versus targets
• Provide analysis (ie Red status programs, Gate Review failures)

Propose improvements:

• Collect program Lessons Learned and propose best practices to the PMS Director, organisation

Global Programs situation:

• For Global Programs, the PMS Manager/engineer of the lead Division assures coordination and synergies with the cross functional team other divisions (Planning, PMS milestones, mandatory deliverable evidences and lessons learned)

Qualifications:

·      The ideal candidate will have/be:

Education:

·      Bachelor’s/Master's degree in engineering

Experience: Optional

·      Experience in Engineering or Quality or Purchasing in Automotive sector (car manufacturer/Tier)

·      Experience in project management area

Seniority:

·      0 to 2 years or more for PMS Engineer

Nice to have:

·      International experience

·      Demonstrate manufacturing experience through operational position within plant
