Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team at GNJ SofTech Solutions Pvt Ltd. This full-time, remote, and freelance position, located in Bangalore Urban, is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their careers. The successful candidate will actively contribute to driving company sales by sourcing new clients, maintaining client relationships, and creating strategic development plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify potential markets, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Assist in generating and qualifying leads through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events.
• Help prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals for potential clients.
• Assist in managing client communications and follow-ups to ensure positive relationships and address inquiries.
• Analyze business data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making and track performance metrics.
• Provide administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings and organizing events.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills with an understanding of business development concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in business development.
