We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team at Gnanodaya VLSI Technologies, located in Bengaluru. - Proven experience in employee relations, ensuring smooth communication and conflict resolution within the team

- Experience in developing and conducting training programs to enhance employee skills and performance

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to students and clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure proper documentation of queries and resolutions
- Collaborate with the training team to understand course offerings and provide relevant information to prospective students
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, escalating complex issues to higher management when necessary
- Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and report findings to the management team
- Provide timely and effective solutions that ensure customer retention and loyalty
