Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time position requiring 7 to 10 years of work experience. As a Senior Product Manager at Gmware, you will be responsible for strategizing and driving the development of our tech solutions tailored to meet client needs and industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in product strategy and development, including market research, user experience design, and product roadmapping.
• Minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of work experience in a similar role within the IT industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Exceptional data analysis skills to interpret customer needs and translate them into feasible product features.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration skills to work seamlessly with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities to communicate clearly and manage expectations with clients and internal teams.
• Excellent understanding of user experience design to create products that are intuitive and user-friendly.
• Proven ability to develop and communicate product roadmaps that align with company goals and market needs.
