We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a Customer Support Executive, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service and assistance to our valued customers. You will be working in a night shift from 9 AM to 6 PM, ensuring that our customers receive timely support during their preferred hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses via various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and live chat.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, actively listening to their concerns and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Understand and address customer needs, providing appropriate product information, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support customers and address inquiries regarding our services and offerings.
- Update customer accounts and records accurately, documenting interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Technical Support, and Product Development, to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of customer support processes by identifying recurring issues and suggesting proactive solutions.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support or similar role is essential.
- Exceptional spoken and written English language skills are crucial, as the majority of customer interactions will be conducted in English.
- Excellent listening skills to understand and effectively respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet to provide timely solutions.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience even in challenging situations.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment to meet individual and team targets.
- Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Availability to work the day shift from 9 AM to 6 PM, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive customer information with discretion.
