Job profile Reception:
· Handling the board, attending to visitors
· Scheduling and coordinate for meetings
· Ensuring housekeeping is as per company standards
· Take care of all courier related work
· Assigning work to office assistants and reporting for the same.
· Master management
Job profile Admin:
· Admin functions; handover/take over of company assets such as SIM cards, laptops, other assets.
· Purchase of stationery, printing, visiting cards, and others items
· Assisting HR
· Hotel, flight booking, visa process and other travel related work
· Assisting in managing events such as birthdays, anniversaries and festival celebrations
· Coordinate for meetings
· Monthly closing
· Follow up with vendors for bills
Desired Skills/Knowledge:
· Must have a pleasing personality
· Excel
· Drafting and sending emails
· Delegating work to and taking reporting from office assistants
· English, Marathi (spoken) and Hindi (spoken)
