Job Description:

• Understand client requisitions and identify potential candidates from the available sources- Internal Database/ATS, Job boards, Social Media, Headhunting and many more
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
• Manage End to End recruitment
• Performing reference and background checks
• Skype interviews to validate candidates IDs.
• Should possess excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
• Agile and fast decision makers to deliver quality in the dynamic nature of Staffing business
• Target oriented and have a Go- better attitude
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements
