Role: Sr. Design Engineer (BIW)- (Upperbody, Underbody and Closures) 

Experience: 4-8 yrs

Location: Vadodara & Pune 

1. BIW (Body-in-White) Design of structural components (e.g. Door Panels / Body Side Panel/Upper body / Underbody Panels) 
2. Must have strong experience in design of passenger car body components like Roof, Floor, Side body outer/inner, doors, closures etc. 
3. Design and release experience in BIW Engineering. 
4. 3-5 years of 3D CAD experiences in Catia V5 with 3+ Years with good Surface modelling skills. 
5. Strong Program management skills with a goal/target minded discipline. 
6. Must have relevant experience in Master Sections, Vehicle Integration, Vehicle packaging, Concept creation, assembly processes of various parts. 
7. Should have knowledge and understanding of Automotive Sheet Metal Parts, Manufacturing, Assembly and Tooling Process. 
8. Must have handled projects for leading Automotive OEMs or have at least one complete project execution experience in BIW & Closures. 
9. Should be able to prepare deliver presentations of the concepts. 
10. Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (D-FMEA) 
11. Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery. 
12. Understanding tolerance stack up & GDT is an added advantage. 
13. Ability to quickly understand complex problems and effectively facilitate a team to decision and action. 
14. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
15. Knowledge in Homologation & Crash standard.
