Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
· Must experience in Vendor development.
· Must have experience in Automobile Industry.
· Must have experience in supplier development for Machining, Die casting& Forgings.
· Must have exposure in process audits & PPAP approvals.
· Must involve in Cost reduction through supplier development plans & Value Engineering adding new suppliers.
· Must have exposure of SAP.
· Hands-on process management.
· Must involve in Sourcing of Machining parts.
· Must involve in New Vendor Selection & Evaluation as per the system requirements.
· Evaluation of suppliers
· To co-ordinate with QA/NPD to meet customer requirement for any new product development.
· QAV Audits at suppliers end as per customer needs.
· Suppliers Up gradation Plan, Audits & improvement plan of worst suppliers every month.
· Do the zero base costing of each part.
- · Alternate Sourcing of parts to meet cost saving objective of the organization.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Mechannical
- 7+ years' of supply chain experience
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
