RESPONSIBILITIES

•                    Hands-on technical incumbent responsible for designing, developing, and executing test activities to ensure applications meet IT standards for quality, reliability, security, performance, and architecture requirements.

•                    Perform smoke, application, functional, and regression testing, including the appropriate level of testing to ensure that the applications are tested effectively before release.

•                    Develop and implement best testing practices

•                    Preparing the requirement documents, Test cases out of user stories and SRS.

•                    Experienced in software test strategies, test case management, complex software quality reporting, and identifying the proper testing tools

•                    Knowledge of Object-Oriented paradigm

•                    Ability to work and deliver using Agile Development methodology

•                   SQL and database querying capabilities

•                   Knowledge of test writing tools like TestRail

•                   Knowledge of HTML, jQuery/TypeScript

•                   Knowledge of Git or any other repository and check-in/out process

•                   Knowledge of Jira or other Agile work management tools

•                   Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work with diverse and distributed product stakeholders in India & the USA.

•                   Prior experience in working with international colleagues or customers is a strong plus

•                   Strong verbal, writing, and presentation skills in English

•                   Ability to collaborate with remote teams in different time zones

•                   Able to work a schedule that involves some overlap with US business hours. Such meetings/work will be from home

•                   Confident, pleasant, and patient demeanor. Must be a positive individual able to handle pressure well and is a great team player

•                   Experience of working in a Product development company is a strong plus

•                   Knowledge of test automation will be a plus but is not mandatory
