Job Responsibility:

·      Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance related work by managing a team of Technician, Supervisor and Engineers. 

·      Ensuring all maintenance activities are done in accordance with company define system.

·      Coordinating the completion of complex repairs.

·      Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.

·      Ensuring ordering and availability of spare parts.

·      Ensuring maintenance cost within define norms.

·      Ensuring preventive maintenance as per schedule.

·      Daily maintenance work review.

·      Ensuring all safety norms are followed.

·      Maintenance team on job training scheduling and execution.

·      Ensuring Machine installation as per define norms.

·      Managing and coordinating for maintenance work performed by outside vendors.

·      Attending the Major breakdown HPDC, Utility, ETP Plant, Paint shop & Machin Shop etc.  

·      To Analysis the problems and performing the functions of Troubleshooting and Breakdown maintenance for reducing the machine down time.

·      All possible efforts for energy conservation.

·      Executes preventive / breakdown maintenance of equipment & maintains record of maintenance.

·      Monitoring 5S in plant & Kaizen Activities.

·      To plan on Job training to subordinate.

·      Spare part planning through Indenting by Sap system

·      Attending daily MIS meeting

·      Monitoring daily basis objectives targets.
