Develop in-depth understanding of various skill development courses run by the organization
Plan and schedule various mobilization activities (awareness session, door-to-door survey, etc.) to mobilize potential students as per required timelines.
Guide the mobilization staff and review the progress against target on daily basis
Organize counselling and induction sessions for potential candidates
Preparation of weekly and monthly training calendar.
Ensure the delivery of training as per plan and complete evaluation of trainees within timeline
Ensure the availability of tools, equipment, training material, consumables etc. for training
Guide the placement officers to develop database of potential companies/organizations in Chennai and other important cities of Tamil Nadu for employment opportunities of trained students
Plan and organize placement drives as per requirement for better employment of trained youth
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports of training and placements as per pre-defined formats
Collate and report the attendance of students and staff on daily basis
Develop and manage relations with related govt. and corporate officials
Managing a team of Counselors, Business Development Executives, Centre IT, Centre Administration, Accounts and Faculty.
