Responsibilities of candidates include:•

  • Inform customers about company's products/services and offers
  • Manage outbound customer calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible•
  • Ability to be on phone for a long time and familiar using dialer systems
  • Understand customer need and pitch in sales
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
  • Call on leads provided & generate leads
  • Note: ( Good in English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil & Malayalam)


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of sales or account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
