·      4 to 7 years of experience

·      Coordinate with End Users to finalize and document the Functional Specification Document

·      Excellent communication and documentation skills

·      Knowledge of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System

·      Support team to lead test cases identify and report defects, support the development team through to resolution

·      Prep for data cutover to support E2E testing, lead test cases, identify defects and support both the business and development team to resolve

·      Prep and support UAT & DIAL - lead test cases, identify defects and support both the business and development team to resolve

·      Supporting the operational team to stabilize the process, defect and issue resolution
