Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Sales Consultant to join our team in Bangalore on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, with a focus on utilizing CRM software and Salesforce effectively. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about interior design and keen to contribute to our company's growth by generating leads and managing accounts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce to track customer information, sales opportunities, and workflows seamlessly.
- Ability to conduct effective cold calls to generate new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Experience in lead generation techniques to identify and pursue new sales prospects and markets.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies to assist in promoting the company's services and products.
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals with potential clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Ability to manage accounts efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Excellent convincing skills to present compelling arguments and persuade clients to see the value in the company's offerings.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue potential clients through various lead generation activities to expand the company's client base.
- Conduct cold calls to prospective customers to introduce the company and its services, building rapport and maintaining follow-ups.
