Job Overview
A dynamic and fast-paced real estate company, Global Edifice Builders, is seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of PRE-SALES. As a PRE-SALES, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients throughout the sales process by providing them with detailed product information, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Adept at building and maintaining relationships
- Familiarity with the real estate market in Bangalore, Karnataka, India
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients, understand their preferences, and provide them with detailed information about our real estate offerings
- Assist clients throughout the sales process by addressing their queries, guiding them with suitable options, and closing deals
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the company's real estate projects, pricing, financing options, and market trends
- Conduct site visits and accompany clients to showcase the available properties and amenities
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence
Basic knowledge of real estate, property and sales.
To do outgoing calls to customers through leads assigned and arranging the site visits for new clients.
Conversion leads to site visits and bookings.
Coordinating with sales team as a back-end support.
Track and maintain the outcome of each enquiry/lead.
Report preparation and analysis.
Language proficiency: English, Hindi and regional language.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
