Job description:

• BIM Model Creation: Develop 3D BIM models of building projects using industry-standard BIM software

• Data Integration: Populate BIM models with relevant data, including architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) information.

• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project team members to ensure BIM models are accurate and up-to-date.

• Clash Detection: Use BIM software to identify and resolve clashes or conflicts in design elements, helping to prevent costly errors during construction.

• Quantity Takeoff: Generate accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from BIM models to assist in project budgeting and procurement.

• Model Management: Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, reflecting design changes and as-built conditions.

• Documentation: Prepare and distribute BIM-related documentation, such as clash reports, model coordination reports, and design documentation.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Naviswork, BIM360

• Strong understanding of building construction and design principles.

• Knowledge of industry standards and BIM protocols

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
