Introduction of Company: GLOBAL ALUMINIUM (P) Ltd., an ISO 9001-2015, 14001-2015 accredited Company, engaged in manufacturing of premium quality Aluminium profiles. It operates 2 advanced automated units strategically located very close to each other at Kallakal Village of Medak district. The infrastructure has been setup with most advanced equipment’s and 100% power back up facilities. It caters the intricate global needs with an installed capacity of 50,000 TPA with in house anodising and powder coating facilities.

Job Purpose: To execute the quality activities in the dept. and to maintain the Quality Management System in the Organisation.

Responsibilities:

·      Verify the production dimensional reports, Verify the inward raw material and in house cast samples results,

·      Check the Nonconformance material at different stages.

·      Attend the Customer complaints and made the Corrective & Preventive action.

·      Check the planning Sheet and accordingly special instructions to be communicated.

·      Check the Profile dimensions as per approved Drawings for each extruded Section & take decision whether to continue the die (or) to be unloaded.

·      Vendor evaluation / Supplier quality, performance study.

·      Authorised to release the Nonconformance material and Authorised to sign on Test Certificates.

·      Check the after stretching dimensions and note down in dimensional report.

·      Check the cut length at final cutting and note down in cut length planning sheet.

·      To monitor the inspection process at Quality table.

·      To monitor Material stacking in Racks.

·      To check the Ageing Oven temperature while Ageing is under Process.

·      Shift report entry in ERP systems.

·      Maintain & follow the Safety measures in the department and responsible for workmen safety.

Requisite Skills:

·      Knowledge of ISO.

·      Excellent communication skills, Leadership and management skills.

·      Planning and project management skills.

·      Relevant skills in quality/calibration technology developments.

·      Any quality certifications and ISO certification’s.

Desired Skills:

·      Broad knowledge in AI. Extruded profiles

·      Relevant skills with technology

·      Knowledge of commonly used quality concepts, quality testing practices, methods and procedures

·      Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills including strong technical writing and oral presentation skills required

·      Demonstrated ability to work under general supervision both independently and as a member.
