Job Purpose:

Job responsibility to Develop the Extrusion Quality Process & Documents

Responsibilities:

·      Record quality issues and act as necessary/ liaise with departments.

·      Notify all relevant departments with reference to complaint and when necessary and complaint from to drawing.

·      Maintain return records and identify problem areas.

·      Fulfill calibration of instruments and equipment’s required.

·      Visit or liaison with customer.

·      To authorize for releasing the production and limit samples.

·      Stopping of production of non conforming products.

·      To approve PFMEA,Process plan, Quality plan and control plan.

Requisite Skills:
