Job Purpose:

Job responsibility to Develop the fabrication Process or Machining tools.

Responsibilities:

· Understanding the drawings with tolerances.

· Developing new products as per customer requirement

· Following tools as per fabrication requirement

· Making Quotes for the new products and co-ordinate with the marketing team

· Training the team after developing the new product for mass production

· Making FAI Samples  & PPAP sample for getting approval from customer

· Studying the process for improving productivity and smooth prodution  

· Suggest different types of tools to increase productivity
