Job Purpose:

Job responsibility to Develop Mechanical team And Maintenance of Equipment

Responsibilities:

·      Responsible for Breakdown maintenance and Reports and Analysis

·      Responsible for Preventive maintenance and its plan and check list

·      Responsible for fabrication and utility department Activities

·      Responsible for Shut down Maintenance and its Plan and Implementation

·      Responsible for Spare repair and Spare indent and Fallow up and Maintain

·      Responsible for LPG reading monitoring and Power saving

·      Responsible for DG Maintenance and Its spare

·      Responsible for utility Maintenance and Compliances

·      Responsible for Tool and tackles Maintenance and procurement and Monitoring

·      Responsible for 5S and Kaizen and Its Implementation and Training to down level

·      Responsible For ISO Documentation Update regularly and Monitoring and Audit

·      Responsible for Equipment Safety and safety observation and Implementation

·      Responsible for Training to Down level

·      Responsible for Modification and improvements in utility equipment

·      Responsible for new Machine Installation.

·      Authorized for stopping the press
