It caters the intricate global needs with an installed capacity of 50,000 TPA with in house anodising and powder coating & machine shop facilities.

Job Purpose:

Job responsibility to executive the machine shop activities as assigned by incharge.

Responsibilities:

·      Daily Production planning

·      Manpower Handling

·      ERP MCR Preparation

·      Providing Technical Support and Training to Our team

·      Setting up Quality Control Procedure

·      Monthly Production Planning

·      Update the pending order status

·      Ensuring project deadlines are met

·      Update the monthly plan vs achieved as per daily output and plan on covering any shortcomings.

·      Manpower allocation and planning to optimize the output

Requisite Skills:

·      Knowledge on machine shop process.

·      Should be able to handle workforce.

·      Operating and programming of CNC machine.

·      Knowledge on machine parameters & operation.

Desired Skills:

·      Should be able to handle the team

·      Should be able to handle contractors and operators

·      Should be a team player and motivate the team.

Education:

B.E./B.Tech In Mechanical
