It operates 2 advanced automated units strategically located very close to each other at Kallakal Village of Medak district. The infrastructure has been setup with most advanced equipments and 100% power back up facilities. It caters the intricate global needs with an installed capacity of 50,000 TPA with in house anodising and powder coating facilities.

Job Purpose:

To look after HR & Admin dept. activities.

 

Responsibilities:

·      Planning and identifying key areas of HR intervention.

·      Reviewing Policies and procedures relating to talent acquisition, Career progression. Performance Management, Employee retention and welfare.

·      Manpower Planning/Budgeting.

·      Recruitment & Selection – Managing.

·      Induction & Orientation. KRA/KPIs/SKILL Matrix.

·      Statutory Compliance.

·      Factories Act, PF, ESI, Contract Labor, Apprenticeship, Industrial Disputes, Minimum Wages, Employees Compensation.

·      Training & Development.

·      Time office management, Payroll processing and Wage & Salary administration.

·      Administration of plant Facility, Security, Canteen, Transport etc.

·      Liaison with local bodies and government authorities.

·      Should able to delegate department workload effectively and monitor its progress towards completion.

·      Maintaining of the discipline and monitoring of the departmental allotted area as per 5s methodology.

·      Should able to motivate and manage the team.

·      Monitoring and controlling of all the safety gears.

·      Safety Commander
