Job responsibility to Mechanical Maintenance of Equipment

Responsibilities:

·      Responsible for Breakdown maintenance

·      Responsible for Preventive maintenance

·      Responsible for Predictive maintenance

·      Responsible for Shut down Maintenance

·      Responsible for Spare repair

·      Responsible for DG Maintenance

·      Responsible for Safety of Machine

·      Responsible for Tool and tackles Maintenance

·      Responsible for 5S and Kaizen

·      Knowledge of Hydraulic cylinder and Valves and its Repair

·      knowledge of Gear Box Maintenance and its Repair
