1.      Safeguard materials against theft and damage

2.      Responsibility for Incoming/Outgoing tools and equipment

3.      Keep store tidy and organized

4.      Keep materials appropriately stored for easy and safe access

5.      Perform regular inventory checks as instructed by Stores Manager.

6.      Receive materials from suppliers and inspection

7.      Prepare materials for shipment to projects

8.      Signal defective/ out-of-order tools/equipment for repair

9.      Maintain records of tools/equipment maintenance

10.  Material purchasing as directed by Stores/Purchase Manager.
