Roles & Responsibilities

Quality/CSAT Improvement in Plant Engineering

Drive Early Warnings and Risks mitigation plan across Plant Engineering BU

Metrics Analysis and dashboard

Continous Improvement by means of problem solving tools and methodologies (lean / six sigma)

Conduct Process Trainings

Drive process Improvement Projects

Participate in Governance Reviews

Ensure ISO Certifications by closing all process gaps

Perform Project Reviews

Perform Audits
