Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based Chennai, Tamilnadu, India, and the ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications and Skills

Ø : Customer Support Executive

Ø Qualification Position: 12th,Any Degree backlog accepted

Ø Department : Sales

Ø Language Known : Any 2 South Indian Regional Language + English

Ø Tamil,Telugu,Kannada,Malayalam + English (basic)

Ø Salary : CTC - 17000 & Takehome - 15000 Per month

Ø Work Timings : 09:30 am to 06:30pm

Ø Work Location: Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborating with other teams to coordinate and resolve customer-related issues
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the internal database
