Roles and Responsibilities


  • To handle inbound calls from technicians in a call center environment,
  • Researching and assigning facilities to customer service orders/trouble tickets,
  • Processing order cancellations, order modifications, system troubleshooting, and ensuring proper record keeping of customers' service records.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 0-3 years with excellent communication, international voice process experience
  • Good telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, use proper discretion in evaluating/elevating customer order issues, work as a team player and defuse difficult situations. PC and keyboarding skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and accountability in obtaining general knowledge of service delivery systems.
  • Must be able to multi-task, access, and update customer records while simultaneously interacting with the Technician on the phone.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours on a rotating schedule.
