As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

•  Language Known : Hindi

•  TMode of work-Office

•  Salary : CTC - 16000 & Takehome - 14000 Per month+Incentives

•  Work Timings : 09:30 am to 06:30pm

•  Work Location: Kovilambakkam ,Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
• Provide product information and assistance to customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
