We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer Support Executive-Exp(6 months to 2Year)
- Qualification Position:Graduate Must
- Mode of interview-Telephonic
- Language Known : Hindi/Malayalam/Telengu/Kannda
- Mode of work-Office
- Salary : CTC - 22000 & Takehome - 19000 Per month+Incentives
- Work Timings : 09:30 am to 06:30pm
- Work Location: Velechery ,Chennai
Roles and Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
- Provide product information and assistance to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
