Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Customer Support Executive-Exp(6 months to 2Year)

•  Qualification Position:Graduate Must

•  Mode of interview-Telephonic

•  Language Known : Hindi/Malayalam/Telengu/Kannda

•  Mode of work-Office

•  Salary : CTC - 22000 & Takehome - 19000 Per month+Incentives

•  Work Timings : 09:30 am to 06:30pm

•  Work Location: Velechery ,Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
• Provide product information and assistance to customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
