We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications and Skills

•  Qualification Position: 12th,Any Degree backlog accepted

•  Department : Sales

•  Language Known : Malayalam,Kannada,Telugu,Hindi + English

•  Tamil,Telugu,Kannada,Malayalam + English (basic)

•  Salary : CTC - 16000 & Takehome - 14000 Per month

•  Work Timings : 09:30 am to 06:30pm

•  Work Location: Velachaery,Kovilambakkam ,Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
• Provide product information and assistance to customers
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
