Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruit IT - IT Recruitment & HR Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes and providing HR operational support. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations and be familiar with the latest recruitment trends and practices. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- - 1 to 3 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations
- - Familiarity with various sourcing channels and recruitment platforms
- - Strong interviewing and assessment skills
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- - Knowledge of HRIS systems and HR processes
- - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- - Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Roles and Responsibilities
- - Source and screen candidates for various IT roles, including software developers, testers, system administrators, and support specialists
- - Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
- - Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation
- - Collaborate with HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes
- - Provide HR operational support, including maintaining employee records, managing HRIS system, and updating HR policies and procedures
- - Assist in benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management
- - Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices
- - Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment and HR processes
