Responsibilities:


Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Assist customers in navigating our product.

Record and track customer interactions and resolutions.

Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.

Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements.


Qualifications:


Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
