Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior PPC Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in managing pay-per-click campaigns. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about digital marketing strategies, with a focus on optimizing Google Ads performance to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
• Monitor production processes to ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Conduct internal audits to maintain adherence to ISO standards or other certifications.

1. Product Inspection and Testing

• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and final goods for compliance with specifications.
• Oversee and conduct testing procedures to ensure product durability, functionality, and safety.
• Analyze test results and identify deviations, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.

1. Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving

• Investigate and determine root causes of defects or process issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Track and report defect rates and resolution effectiveness.

1. Process Improvement

• Evaluate current manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with the production team to minimize waste and reduce costs while maintaining product standards.
• Participate in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives.

1. Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare and maintain detailed quality records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure all quality-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.

1. Collaboration and Communication

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure material quality standards are met.
• Work alongside production, engineering, and management teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Train and mentor employees on quality standards and procedures.

1. Customer Satisfaction

• Address customer complaints related to product quality and resolve issues efficiently.
• Implement feedback mechanisms to ensure customer expectations are met consistently.

1. Tools and Technology

• Utilize statistical tools, software, and methodologies like SPC, FMEA, and root cause analysis for quality control.
• Stay updated on advancements in quality engineering tools and incorporate them into processes.
