Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior PPC Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in managing pay-per-click campaigns. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about digital marketing strategies, with a focus on optimizing Google Ads performance to drive business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning:

• Develop and implement production schedules based on customer orders and production capacity.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of fabrication projects.
• Optimize production workflows to meet deadlines and reduce lead times.

1. Material Planning and Inventory Management:

• Plan material requirements to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of materials.
• Minimize material wastage through effective planning and utilization.

1. Process Monitoring and Control:

• Monitor daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules.
• Identify bottlenecks and provide solutions to improve efficiency.
• Implement quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

1. Coordination and Communication:

• Act as a liaison between various departments such as design, procurement, and dispatch to align production goals.
• Communicate progress, delays, and potential issues with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of products by maintaining efficient logistics coordination.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain records of production schedules, work orders, and material consumption.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, efficiency, and deviations from plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
