Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of SAP projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring they meet client requirements and are delivered on time.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and track project progress against these plans.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and issues, and to gather feedback and requirements.
• Ensure alignment of SAP projects with the broader business strategy and goals of GLAD Infosystems.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project delivery, implementing contingency plans as necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and best practices, continuously seeking out opportunities for improvement and innovation.
