Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) Consultant for a full-time position in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain planning, demand planning, and ERP system integration. This role will involve working closely with our clients to optimize their supply chain processes and leveraging SAP IBP functionalities to meet business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in supply chain planning with hands-on experience in demand planning (Mandatory skill).
• Strong experience in integration with ERP systems (Mandatory skill).
• Proven skills in inventory optimization, focusing on efficient stock management and cost reduction.
• Experience in forecasting to predict demand accurately and plan inventory accordingly.
• Knowledge of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to align supply and demand and drive business efficiency.
• Master data management skills, including the ability to manage and maintain data accuracy and consistency across the system.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics to interpret and use data effectively for strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP IBP modules to meet client requirements, focusing on supply chain and demand planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into SAP IBP functionalities.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions to optimize existing supply chain processes.
• Work on the integration of SAP IBP with client ERP systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP IBP configuration, processes, and training materials.
• Provide guidance and support to clients during the project lifecycle, including post-implementation support.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP features and best practices to ensure clients receive cutting-edge solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of SAP IBP capabilities.
