Role- Senior QA Engineer

Experience- 3-5 years

Location- Remote

Production Phase Lead and manage the QA team -

Training and mentoring juniors

Stepping in when issues are unresolved for long periods of time or urgent

Assign tasks to team members, and making sure tasks are completed within time

Collaborate with team and PO to understand requirements and scope

Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and executing test cases

Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.

Identify potential risks and issues related to enhancement/fixes

Monitor and evaluate QA processes and practices to identify areas for improvement.

Documentation for Icare testing process for each sprint
