Job Overview :

v Ensure the smooth and timely conclusion of sales,

v Assess customer needs, competitor analysis and regular market surveys

v Identify new products as well as market

v Co-ordinate marketing activities within the team

Qualification :

Ø Graduates with experience in marketing especially in Paints and Coatings, Adhesives, Construction Chemicals, Textile Industry

Ø Diploma / B.E / BTech in Chemical, Polymer Science, Polymer Technology, Paints Technology, Surface Coatings with or without MBA with a minimum 1 year of experience.

Critical Success Factors:

Ø Possessing excellent communication skills both internally and outside the firm,

Ø Readiness to travel and move in the market to understand its complex nature,

Ø Identify the trends in the market and strategize and implement aggressive marketing and promotional strategies,

Ø Act as a catalyst in improving customer base,

Ø Good at forging strong customer relationships

Ø Analytical thinking and creativity
