Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior IT Hardware Support professional to join our team. This role offers internship, freelance, and hybrid employment opportunities across multiple locations, including Raipur, Durg, Bilaspur, Korba, Delhi, Noida, and Bahadurgarh. Ideal candidates will possess 1 to 3 years of work experience and are keen to help optimize our client's hardware troubleshooting and support processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in network connectivity, CCTV installation, and LAN (Mandatory skill).
• Strong hardware troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware issues effectively and efficiently.
• Experience in computer repair to maintain and troubleshoot various computer systems and components.
• Skilled in peripheral installation, ensuring all external devices are properly connected and functioning.
• Expertise in hardware maintenance to ensure the long-term reliability and performance of IT equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities for identifying hardware issues and developing creative solutions.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and explain technical concepts to non-technical personnel.
• Ability to work under deadlines and multitask in a dynamic work environment, ensuring all client requirements are met efficiently.
