- Manage and resolve network connectivity issues in a timely manner to maintain business continuity.
- Conduct regular checks and maintenance on computer systems to prevent system failures.
- Document internal procedures, maintain accurate records and logs related to inquiries and resolutions.
- Assist in providing training to employees on new or updated technologies to ensure system efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain reports for ongoing customer issues, solutions, and equipment status.
