Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide desktop support services to end-users in person, over the phone, or via remote tools
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate as needed
• Perform hardware maintenance and software installations/upgrades
• Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely issue resolution
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of operating systems and relevant software applications
• Offer remote desktop support as required
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions
