- Provide desktop support services to end-users in person, over the phone, or via remote tools

- Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely issue resolution
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of operating systems and relevant software applications
- Offer remote desktop support as required
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and resolutions
