Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Gig Workplace. As a Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and be familiar with both hardware and software support. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Skills
- Deliver technical assistance for desktop-related IT support.
- Offer desk-side support to local users and provide remote assistance as needed.
- Actively monitor, track, and address customer satisfaction survey responses.
- Demonstrate expertise in Windows support, Outlook support, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Troubleshoot operating system issues and configure Outlook settings effectively.
- Exhibit strong communication skills coupled with a solid grasp of technical knowledge.
