Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive for an internship position at our Noida location. This role is ideal for freshers with up to 1 year of experience. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient communication between our clients and virtual assistants.

  • Collaborate with the support team to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Assist in the onboarding process of new clients and virtual assistants as required.
  • Provide input and suggestions for improving the customer service experience.
