  • Onboarding: Assist in the seamless integration of new employees into the organization, familiarizing them with policies and culture.
  • HRIS management: Basic understanding of human resource information systems for maintaining accurate employee data.
  • Data analysis: Competence in analyzing and interpreting HR data to support strategic decisions and improve processes.
  • Communication skills: Proficiency in verbal and written communication to convey information clearly and effectively within the team.
  • Attention to detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in data management, documentation, and reporting activities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are welcomed and oriented effectively.
  • Support employee relations by addressing minor workplace issues, fostering a cooperative work environment.
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring that all employee data is current and accurate.
  • Collect and analyze HR data to generate reports that aid decision-making and process optimization.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and practices across the organization.
  • Participate in organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops for employee development.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all employee information, adhering to data protection regulations.
